Your relationship with patients will greatly improve with this program. Your knowledge will be increased in every aspect of patient care. Topics in this program include professional issues for the RT and patient, infection control and institutional safety, basic ECG monitoring, vital signs, oxygen administration, surgical asepsis, medical emergencies, and care of patients with special problems. It also covers pharmacology and drug administration for radiographers and care of patients during special procedures. Based on the textbook “Patient Care in Imaging Technology” by Lillian Torres.
